I really like the way this book was designed and written to act like a "Private Tutor" for the students getting ready for the SAT Math test. Everything you need is indeed contained right in between the two covers of this book. No need to buy anything else.
You first take the diagnostic test (provided in the book) and figure out where you stand in terms of your strengths and your weaknesses.
Then you select a realistic SAT score target for yourself (through the charts provided).
And then you follow the step by step instructions to achieve that goal. It's simple as that! It's all laid out very clearly for all levels of students (has 3 different difficulty levels).
It also has like 1,000 examples and exercises! I haven't counted them one by one but this thick book with double-column pages is STUFFED with a lot of exercises and drawings and hints.
Probably one of the very best SAT prep books out there. I own quite a few of them but this one ranks way up on top. An excellent value for the money.

It has step by step detailed instructions for SAT prep. As a tutor, I don't need to spend extra time to decide on what to teach. All I have to do is to follow the instructions given for each student. This book has all the necessary material (math subjects, strategies, examples and exercises). No need to copy pages and pages of study and homework material. I recommend it to everyone.
