Hysterically Brilliant February 10, 2009 Kitty Corona (New York, NY United States) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book is absolutely brilliant. Damrauer's clever math will make you pee your pants laughing. I've memorized most of the "equations" and blurt them out at parties. If you want irony, insight, and biting humor, get this book.

Just saw one of the equations from this book featured in the NY Times, and it reminded me to pick it off my bookshelf again. I loved it as much as I did when I first read it - it's funny and smart, a wonderful way of looking at things. I highly recommend you get a copy, and don't do what I did and let it gather dust on a shelf - read it, enjoy it, and share it with someone else. OK, maybe get two, so you can keep one and still share.
Great, unique brand of humor... December 12, 2006 Ian H. Lovelace (Bolivar, MO United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Craig Damrauer has created something very unique here, by using math equations to represent real life in an oft-times hilarious way. I can just see this kind of thing becoming a real fad.
Be sure to check out this book!
Well worth it. January 3, 2008 Gregory D. Matson 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Three words to make a point? Damn, some real gangster poetry. The equations that aren't funny are insightful and funny ones are really funny. This book proves you don't need much more than wit. And the colors are pleasant to look at too.
